Shipping policy

All products are shipped frozen in a freezer trailer and delivered in a thermal bag with ice packs. Clients are expected to be available on the delivery day to immediately store the product in their freezer. The bags are resuable and must be saved and swaped on the next delivery day.  If a prior bag is not left out for the delivery person to exchange, then they will leave a new bag and your client card will be charged for the replacement and refuded once the bag is returned. If a bag is destroyed under excesive treatment, and new bag will be provided and your client card charged the replacement cost. If you terminate subscription then your bag will be picked up, or if a pick up is not available or a client refuses to leave it out, then the client card will be chatged a replacement cost until it is returned.
